Hi!

Name’s Steven, I go by RandVGM in most online spaces.

I’ve had a love for music and creating since I was young, and am constantly exploring new realms of genre, form, and function. I’m inspired by my experiences growing up playing Final Fantasy and watching anime on Adult Swim, and I am shaped by the auditory landscapes I was so fortunate to come across unbeknownst to a very traditional American household. I love to create rock, EDM, and hip hop, and work in a variety of techniques from 8-bit to cinematic, but I find particular gratification seeking out the auditory identity of each new project, blending genres, styles, and ideas until a unique creation takes shape.

I’ve been designing sounds and developing in Unity almost as long as I’ve been making music, and am flexible to project needs, changing hats wherever necessary. My heart is in music, but I honestly just love making games, and I’m happy to be a part of it in whatever capacity I’m able.
